This lovely two-bedroom two bath Court Yard Villa unit is located at the St. Augustine Ocean & Racquet Resort and requires a three-night minimum stay. The unit is a second-floor walk-up with a Hot tub in the center court yard of the building. The Living Room has a 50" wall mounted LCD TV and unit comes with pre-paid private WI-FI in condo. The unit has tile & vinyl plank wood flooring with throw rugs as appropriate, keeping it clean and cozy. Large dinette set for all dining options and a wet bar for mixing beverages. The master bedroom has a King size bed, ceiling fan, and wall mounted LCD TV. The ensuite master bathroom has glass/tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has twin beds 32" TV and ceiling fan. The kitchen has been remodeled with granite countertops and is fully equipped. This unit is fully inventoried with all linens and towels with modern front-loading washer and dryer in the unit. An amazon echo, provides for Alexa access to music and information. Balcony has high back chairs for perfect breakfast mornings. This unit is just one building away from the boardwalk to the beautiful coral/white beach.

There are 2 pools (1 heated in the winter), 4 newly resurfaced tennis courts, a pickle ball court, a Bocce ball court, 5 heated Jacuzzis and Shuffleboard. There are 2 open grilling areas if you decide on a cookout. Staffed guard house at entrance provides 24 hrs. security throughout the complex and the on-premises office can discuss local events & dining options.

Just a short drive to the historic downtown St. Augustine with many museums, art galleries, fine dining, ghost tours and shopping. Enjoy a nice horse and buggy ride thru the old town or a nice scenic boat ride down the Matanzas River. There is a pool & pond view from balcony (see pics) but no view of the ocean from this North facing unit.
