This condo was cute and cozy. Perfect for a couple getting away for a weekend. My husband and I spent one evening here to see the sunrise on the beach. It was definitely worth it for the price and time we stayed. We could have stayed a couple more nights and enjoyed the beach and pool.

Views are stunning! Private balcony for sunrises with coffee/tea mornings and cocktails at night. Quiet beach for morning or evening walks. Location close enough to St. Augustine attractions but far enough away for your beach getaway vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay. Clean, easy check in with friendly staff. We didn’t cook there so the “kitchen” not an issue to us. Recommend larger coffee pots. The view off balcony amazing and overall comfortable place and will stay again next time come to st Augustine.

We booked for 2 days but left after the 1st night. My husband and I were both uncomfortable and the seating was wore out!!! The couch was like you fell to the floor. The entire room was damp and felt awful trying to sleep, the bedding was cold and damp feeling

We only stayed one night. Check-in was a breeze, the room was clean and just as pictured. The elevator on our end was not working (which we were informed upon check-in) so we had to use the stairs for our rental on the 3rd floor. The A/C in the main room wasn’t blowing cold. Not a huge deal for us, but might be for someone else. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Overall it was a great stay.

Reviewer Comments: I hurt my knee on the corner of the bed and felt like the floor to the place was not clean because my husband and my feet got black walking across the floor in the rental. Everything else in the apartment was very clean otherwise and we will be coming back again. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and can not wait to come back again

The kitchen area has no stove and only one burner. There is a very limited supply of dishes. For instance there was no large bowl to put a salad in. There’s no cupboard space for your food. The fridge is very small. The hot water was only warm sometimes when we took a shower. The pool was closed the whole time we were there (early February) and I was not uniformed beforehand. The view is the best!

The location, the condo was fine other than there is no cooktop. This is a condo, why isn’t there a cooktop? No range or cooking stove. And the refrigerator is a $100.00 from Walmart that is for a bedroom at a dorm. This property should not be available via VRBO. We bought groceries before we went into the condo and was highly disappointed with the tiny fridge and no cooking stove. They did have an electric skillet in the cabinet. How embarrassing. Even camping trailers have cooktops and larger refrigerators.

we have stayed at this complex before but no this unit. location is great view is amazing never gets old the unit itself although it was a great location, you can hear everything outside. The elevator running which is rather loud. wish there would have been a bathtub the shower tends to allow water to get on the floor (this particular set up) this was a smaller unit the bathroom was smaller than the others we have been in. People we very loud outside. The cable/satellite issue with the tv and it aggravating to only watch programs we have seen already. The bed was a full size which I knew that but it wasn't very comfortable, No issues with the complex itself people were very friendly even had a gentleman help with the baggage getting them to the room. And always friendly employees when we came in contact. overall, not too bad the view makes up for any negativity if I were staying longer may need another bed but for a short stay it was fine.

needs a lot of work, ac was cool, but room stayed damp. We had to keep it high all day because it was not cooling properly. Welive at the beach, and I know that its damp, but not like this. Sheets felt damp, room felt damp, sticky. I would not rate this a well kept condo, it needs to be gutted. When we checked in, we were given a room, but after I unpacked all my food, and groceries, they called and banged on the door saying they gave us wrong room. I asked for time to get my things together and would be down to the desk to get the different room, they were rude, banged at door, and stood over me like a child as I had to empty all my groceries back into my cooler to move my things. I kept asking them to give me a few minutes to make sure I gathered all of our toiletries etc, but they were persistent and started grabbing our suitcases tossing them onto the cart. I stopped him, said I was not happy about the way they were handling this, and that I have a really bad back, so I need a few minutes to gather my things so I won't forget anything. The Maid shows up and started cleaning, mind you, we were only in the room 30 minutes , enough to unpack food, and toiletries. I felt like I was treated very rudly. It was not our fault that they issued us the wrong room. The other issue is parking. Do NOT rent property here if you expect to have your car near your room to unload, What a pain in the rear. I have had 2 back surgeries and it was not easy. When we were pushed out , then dragged to the other room, we realized the difference in room quality. When I booked, I was only shown ONE room, and did not have a choice, so I really didn't know what were getting. The only thing that was nice was the view. It was a million dollar view, but a terrible room. Very uncomfortable. Sofa was horrible to sit on. The bed was not too bad. At least we slept. We only live one hour north, and we live at the beach. We just wanted a little getaway from our usual routine. I was so thankful for my beach home when we got back. I would never rent from this place again. BTW Shannon the Property Manager was very helpful and answered all my questions before we arrived. I don't think she was aware of the confusion with our room when we arrived, so I cannot blame her. Other than that, the place was packed, restaurants need a 3 day reservation prior, so be prepared for that too. Put in new AC system to remove the dampness, for starters, and remodel , get new sofa, cabinets, doors,

Gorgeous view from the balcony. We loved waking up to coffee with stunning ocean sunrises on the balcony with barstool height chairs and table. The condo was very clean. Found it to be quiet. Beachers property is well kept. Pool hours over at 5 pm this time of year. Nice pool deck. Fridge freezer is dorm size. Bed is double size and not very comfortable. This unit is more like a hotel room than condo. No stove to cook on which suited us fine, as it gave us opportunity to explore locally for places to eat.
