Nice condo with easy access to the beach. The only negative was that the advertisement does not mention the stairs you must climb to get to the condo. There is no access for people who can’t climb stairs.

Very clean, pretty condo. Close to the beach and restaurants. Really a perfect location. Traffic is not a concern. Not noisy at all. Easy to get to old St Augustine as well.

My husband and I both agree this was the perfect place to stay. Very clean and very cute. We walked to the nearby restaurants and they were all really good. Walked to the beach even though the weather wasn't the best, but it was very beautiful. This was our first trip to St. Augustine and we already decided we are going back next year. We are definitely staying in this wonderful condo again.

We love our time at Brand New Condo w/Beach View. We went for New Year and everything was perfect. We were a few steps from the pier so we're able to see the fireworks in 4k. So for summer time is the perfect place to stay in to enjoy the beach. The property has a dinner in front, which is very good and has a very good reviews. And overall is close to the old town were all the attractions are. It was very quiet and illuminated. We'll definitely recommend it to our friends and family.
