CRC 1304 - Third Floor Condo with Excellent Views

PLEASE BE ADVISED THE COLONY REEF CLUB PROPERTY WILL BE UNDER CONSTRUCTION FROM OCT 2025 – MAY 2026. BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE MESSAGE OR CALL THE OFFICE FOR MORE DETAILS. ALL AMENITIES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE RACQUETBALL COURT WILL BE OPEN DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT.

This 3rd floor condo boasts an amazing view of both the ocean and the pool. Enjoy the spacious, nautical themed living room and enjoy a view right from the couch! The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for a stay of any length with a drip coffee pot and washer and dryer. With a plush pillow top king size bed and a remodeled bathroom, you can enjoy a private master bedroom and enjoy the early morning sunrise from your private balcony access. There is a new queen size bed and a twin in the second bedroom and new bunk beds in the smaller third bedroom we like to call the "Crow's Nest,". This unit also has a new stackable washer/dryer and a new dishwasher.

All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

Cleanliness not up to par.

We found an open 1/2 eaten cheese stick in the bed in the crow’s nest. We found a clump of hair in the master bathroom sink.

Beware of 1304!

Property was good. Great location with a beautiful view however the apartment itsself was filthy. There were bugs in the cabinets, filthy floors and patio and the shower had very wet mold! I called within a 1/2 hr of arriving and was told by rental agent, Nicole, that it was cleaned by their best worker. I told her i didnt even want to unpack and she simply said. Ok. They would take care of it Monday. Monday came and went and no one came or called. I cleaned enough for our comfort but we stayed out alot. Im truly dissatisfied being it was a gold star rating. I do have pictures and video.

Just call the resort and book through them .

We booked through VRBO. We booked late so no one was there including no packet or key to get in. After 2 hours and nice neighbors we were able to get ahold of the very sweet property manager and we finally got in. Our original unit we booked was not good but we were moved to a brand new unit right away and our stay was fabulous. The views and close walk to beach, the closeness to downtown and restaurants was great. The only downfall is expensive parking everytime we went downtown. Overall a perfect last minute vacation with our family here.

Great Stay!

We had a great time there. The grounds were clean and very well-maintained. The condo unit we stayed in had a gorgeous view, and was comfortable and well-equipped. The only drawback for us is that the grill provided was only a little, electric George Forman style. We love grilling out on vacations so we would use it everyday. The owner is no choice, however, since the condo association doesn’t allow propane or charcoal.

Older property in need of maintenance and updating. Rusted drum in dryer. No Keurig coffee maker. Bedroom television has a defective screen. Miniature bar of soap , no extra toilet paper, no tissue. Barebones operation and definitely overpriced for what you receive.

We enjoyed our stay.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. There were a few things that weren’t ideal, such as the mattresses are very dated & therefore not nearly as comfortable as we would have hoped & the master bedroom television has a damaged screen so it’s difficult to view. Other than that everything was wonderful. We were very impressed with the very large balcony and beautiful ocean view. The rooms were very clean and the staff at the condominiums were very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely consider staying again.

St. Augustine vacation

We enjoyed out stay at Colony Reef the condo was in a good location with a great view of the beach. The condo it self is dated with out dated decor and bedding. The condo needed a deep cleaning, it was cleaned but not very well, we had to wash some of the dishes prior to using them, some of the pans had food on them anyone should have seen before putting them away. We had to call the property management to replace a shower curtain liner as the one in the shower was nasty, and they replaced it promptly, we also had trouble getting the door locked and someone came and looked at it in a timely manner. In the bunk room you could not plugin anything to the wall outlet due to the mattress, and should be relocated. Overall we enjoyed our stay but felt the condo could have been cleaner, and the dishes checked by the cleaning crew to make sure they are clean and to make sure the prior renters hadn't put them away dirty. I would recommend the condo for the proximity to the beach, the view, and easy drive into St. Augustine

Nice Place! Loved the view on patio!!! We were on the best side of the complex, shaded all day!! Does need a few update- patio door gets stuck; guest bathroom shower rod needs painted or new-hooks do not stay on. Dryer needs worked on-poor drying. counter tops are very nice, nice stove, nice refrig, kids bdroom needs padding, bigger tv screen in guest bdrm.

Amazing location but condo very outdated

I’m a glass half full person so I’ll start with the positives: *LOCATION of condo...AMAZING. 3rd floor so amazing view above the pool & of the dunes/ocean. Sunrise views are great! *STAFF at Colony Reef are so friendly & attentive! *Pool is NOT heated but great size, very clean & the hot tub is hot! *Indoor pool option was great as it is heated, also very clean. *Condo bathrooms were very nicely updated. Negatives: *Condo bedroom decor & bedding is straight outta 1980. *The mattresses were mostly comfortable but there are PLASTIC mattress covers (ripped on the small beds) on all the beds which makes for a noisy nights sleep. *The dryer takes forever to dry & yes we cleaned the vent after every use. *Be prepared to bring your own: dish soap, dishwasher detergent (they provided 2 packs), hand & laundry soap, garbage bags, toilet paper & beach towels. There were beach chairs provided but they have seen better days so I was glad we brought our own. Overall we had an wonderful vaca & downtown St. Augustine is amazing.
