Great Condo

Great location at the beach and close to restaurants and local shopping. Had everything we needed for our family. The pool and location of the pool was amazing! Clean, quiet, friendly neighborhood.

Beautiful beach in a quiet neighborhood

The property manager is very responsive. We had some issues with the property being clean (bed linens appeared dirty and floors dirty), but again the manager was spot on with responding and offering resolution . Ample towels and wash cloths. Access to the beach and pool is wonderful. They have beach toys and chairs. No umbrella was available. Ideal for quiet beach vacation.

Great Condo!

Condo is quiet, clean, comfortable and spacious with lots of homey touches. Balcony directly faces the beach and it's lovely seeing & hearing the ocean waves. Beach is perfect for walking. Lots to do in the surrounding area. Owner easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

Fabulous Ocean View

From the initial reservation to check out things could not have been nicer. Condo was cute and very clean. Ocean view was incredible and had it been a bit warmer we would have loved the proximity of pool and ocean from this unit. Beautiful skies as the sun rose each morning. Wonderful week away! Would stay here again

Great stay!!

Property is in excellent condition, better than pictures. Everything is updated and clean. Located away from the hustle and bustle of St Augustine but still easy to get to everything. Host communicated several times before and during our stay. The beach is white sand and very smooth. Would definitely stay here again.

Little bit of paradise

The view to the beach was great out of the glass patio doors and the sunsets off the patio overlooking the river were even better. Met lots of nice people while watching the sunset.

Beautiful Beach Getaway

Beautiful beach views

Comfortable, pretty apartment unit. Everything we needed was there. Loved the easy access to the beach! We had a relaxing week and loved St Augustine. Just be aware that there are stairs involved - getting to the apartment and also to the bedrooms. Not an issue for us, but maybe for others.

Great for kids

We had a great week at Crescent Beach. This beach is amazing for kids. It is flat and shallow. The pool was great and easy access to the beach. The grounds were clean and we had no issues. My only advice is PACK LIGHT. There are no elevators or luggage carts. Loading and unloading was a chore. We left all our beach stuff in our vehicle to avoid having to lug it up and down each day. The bugs were terrible at night too. We couldn’t enjoy the pool or our balcony after dark. All locals told us that was uncommon though so hopefully it’s a weather issue.

Beautiful Condo~Amazing View

We had a great stay at Crescent Beach! The sand is so white and the beach is not crowded at all. We've been to this area in May of 2022 and July of 2023 and both times love how laid back this beach was. We like how close St. Augustine and area attractions like Washington Oaks State Park are. The Beachfront Paradise condo was great all around. The view was amazing as soon as you opened the door. You can see the ocean (and pool) from the main living area, kitchen, balcony, and master bedroom. We loved the beachy decor throughout the entire condo!! It was nicely updated, had everything we needed plus extras like ample beach gear which was great! The grounds were well maintained, the pool was never crowded and had such a great view of the ocean. We also liked the large common area outside the front door with multiple tables/chairs and some views of the Matanza River. If we had any questions, they were always quick to respond. Check in and check out was quick and easy. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great view from center of building. Pool clean. Literally only some steps to beach while other buildings have a boardwalk to cross dunes making the walk to sand further. Nice to have 2 full baths with 3 women. Well stocked kitchen for your cooking needs.
