Leap year trip

3rd time staying at Ocean Village. First time with our dog. Very nice condo for one that allows a dog. Great location to pool and beach.

Nice Condo

Location is perfect if you just need a clean 2 bedroom place on the beach. Unit is a little dated (countertops/fixtures/Cabinets). All in all it worked out fine for our family and we had no issues.

nasty and dirty

this condo had black stuff all over the toilet it was never cleaned the kitchen was dirty as well never cleaned. I took pictures of the toilet seat which was not fixed/cleaned until3 days after i called it in to the rental company.

Mildew maybe Mold

This listing claimed to be “updated” which means renovated. It is NOT. The only updated things we could see were new tile in most of the unit (gross old carpet otherwise) and a new stove. We are assuming the floor is new because of some type of leak or flooding that happened recently. The twin bedroom reeks of mildew/mold, as do the bathroom cabinets. The furniture in the room should’ve been thrown out because it smells so bad. I made everyone live out of their suitcases for the week There were kind enough to include two dehumidifiers in the unit that we used all week. We emptied them several times a day. I tried to contact the manager and got no response. We stuck it out, but now the kids are sick. On another note, there were no kitchen towels or spare bedding for sofa sleeper. This place should not have been listed for rentals. If they had used a professional service to clean up the damage like ServPro - they would probably not be on here yet.
