Amazing location bad maintenance!!

The location is just outstanding, the conditions of the place are really in need of restoration and maintenance. It's a shame such well located place don't have the conditions it deserve .

Wonderful condo!

We had a wonderful stay here. We could get up and walk to the beach to watch the morning sunrise less than five minutes. Beach area is private and secluded and absolutely beautiful. Two bedrooms, a living room, large dining room table, and a master bed with a wonderful king size bed. It's a lovely area and a nice clean condo- it's not brand new, but it's very well maintained. We had a minor issue with the door code not working and they were able to assist us in a matter of minutes to get it working. Never had another problem the rest of the stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Overall unit was good and well stocked. A few items to note:The sliding door would not latch closed. The ensuite bathroom toilet does not fully flush unless you hold the lever down for a while.

The rear left burner on the stove is broke. The hot burner light on the stove never goes out. Need new mattresses. Had a great time.

Great Stay

Very close to excellent. Hopefully the building we stayed at will be next on the facade update. Also a couple of updates in the unit. Overall it was quiet and relaxing.

OK but wouldnt return

We have done a lot of VRBO properties. This is the first time we were disappointed. It was OK, but we wouldnt return. The condo was clean and had necessary items, but is strictly a rental with bare minimums. It is older property that also needs some work. The patio door from the bedroom has been bolted closed, & the double pane glass is full of steam the entire time , where you cant even see out. The other 2 bedroom windows need cleaned (Probably neglected because they are hard to get to being above the jetted tub). The chairs in the living room are quite worn and just feel not clean. Then there are the minor items. Light in hall doesnt work (Burned out?). oven light doesnt work, batteries in 2 of 3 tv remotes need replaced. The trash can in the kitchen, has no lid and the liners they put in are to small and wont stay up.

Timeshare

The master toilet did not flush efficiently. This was a problem last year as well. My husband is a plumber and after working with it both years, he said that the toilet needs to be replaced. The railing on the E204 unit is loose and visibly moving when someone leans on it. I believe this is a safety hazard.
