Nice quiet area

Our stay was pretty good, the home was clean and had plenty space for our family of 7. One note to make is that the community pool is not within walking distance it is quite a ways away from the house. The community is very large. The security cameras were a nice touch as well. Would stay here again should we go back to St. Augustine.

Comfortable stay

We stayed for Easter break- 5 days. House was newly renovated and very clean. Conveniently located for groceries and house needs. The ride to the beach was about 25 minutes. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy the community pool as listed. You need to make arrangements during the week. We enjoyed our stay.

Expectations exceeded

Comfortable. Clean. Convenient. Quiet. Beautiful. Cozy. All of this and more. My husband and I and our children had such a relaxing and enjoyable week. I was always able to reach someone with questions and everyone we spoke with was kind and warm. We had high expectations for our stay and they were completely met and exceeded. We highly recommend this home.

Good number of beds, but thats about it.

Was not impressed with the house. Was not what the pictures show. Could not get an answer as to where the pool and playground were located. For having the number of beds you would have thought it might be a little more family oriented. Only glass dishes. Had a fire pit but not wood. We discovered several lights inside the house did not work including bathroom. They did offer to send a tech, but did not feel comfortable with that without us being there. Air conditioning could not keep up with the heat. Overall we enjoyed our time at the beach, but would not recommend this house.
