The property was as described and even better for our family. Very close to the beach and several eating places. We will be booking it again as soon as possible. The beach is perfect for walking and taking the dogs.

Comfy stay on St. Augustine Beach

The unit is in a great location. A short walk to the beach as well as several restaurants and other establishments. It is a comfortable unit set up nicely for two couples with ensuite bathrooms. An easy drive into town.

This was our first time to St. Augustine Beach and this home was in the perfect location. Easy walk to the beach and to breakfast, dinner and shopping. Communication with the host was easy - as well as check in. The home had everything we needed.

Overall the 12A Bungalow was beautiful and a short walk to the beach. There were several nice restaurants within easy walking distance and downtown Historic St. Augustine was a quick 15-20 minute drive.

Peaceful getaway

Lovely unit steps from the beach! Our unit was so comfortable and had everything we required to meet our needs. There were nice restaurants within walking distance and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils when we wanted to just stay in and cook. Will definitely book again.

Steps to the beach

Absolutely wonderful rental,spacious and clean well furnished and appointed.The location is right in the middle of amazing restaurants and a great ice cream shop. We only drove once to old St Augustine walked to all other eateries.

Beach cottage

Very nice 2 bedroom cottage, clean and spacious. 2 minute walk to the ocean. A quiet neighborhood, but a short walk to several shops and restaurants. Beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels are included. The kitchen is well stocked and the bed is very comfortable. Only a 10 minute drive to St. Augustine old town.

Fun Beach stay

David and Robyn are great hosts! Felt at home from the moment we walked in the door. Beautiful TV with calming ocean life scences playing. The property was better than expected and super close to beautiful St Augustine Beach! Will definitely return to Oceans 13 again.

The house was so nice! Well-stocked, clean and tidy, and truly steps to the beach! Check-in was extremely simple, and they had it ready when we arrived. The owners were very nice & friendly, and even had a few extras like books to borrow that I did not expect. I can't wait until my next visit!

Everything you need

This cozy dulplex is nothing fancy yet everything you need. The beach, shops, and restaurants are all right there. It is steps from the beach and easy access. Could use some updating. The beds were completely comfortable and the bathrooms and showers were good water pressure in showers good. It has a well stocked kitchen too.
