On approach the reception my room was ready but the environment felt and looked very dated and not as modern looking as the pictures. The hotel is in need of renovations but luckily for me I was in transit for 7 hours so it was ok to stay for that length of time.……

I saw from last year other guests suggested a few things that would make a guest’s stay much more enjoyable but those things one year later has not been done. We stayed for carnival and the distance to events held in the Savannah was amazing. Message to the owner(s) toilet paper holder, towel rack, shower door or curtain, spray for ants, fix bathroom door so it can close properly, a/c in living room, new pots, paper plates, plastic forks, kettle……

“I booked with Brix, somehow the date stated a day before my stay( a mistake that wasn’t made by me) when I got there I only realized the error. The guy at the front desk went for the manager. A woman of African descent came over. She came with attitude and was very rude, telling me the date was for the day before and I cannot stay which means also I can’t get a refund. She said she can check if there was any rooms available and I would have to pay again. I declined and took my money where it was……
