“Beautiful spot for a stay in St Augustine Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We arrived 30 minutes before check in time, but the manager had no issues getting us in a little early. When hearing we were in the area getting married, she left a bottle of champagne in our room which was a very sweet gesture. Our room (Gold room) was wonderful and the jacuzzi tub was perfect after exploring downtown. Our room stayed cool and was very tidy. Breakfast was fantastic. This was by far the best……

“This little jem is absolutely amazing. The staff is unbelievably attentive, polite and professional. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. The multiple pools are clean and refreshing. Drinking cocktails in the pool is allowed. They have an adult pool with a bar and kitchen serving delicious food all day. They have the biggest jacuzzi i have ever seen, so relaxing. Everything was above 5 star. We will be back, in fact its hard to leave this slice of heaven. Highly……

“Hands down, I am spoiled after staying here. It was so intimate, breakfast was fresh, parking was easy. Little walk to park but my husband didn’t mind cause it was free. The staff was amazing. Meet and greet at 5pm is my favorite, you get to talk to other folks and enjoy all the treats. Such a beautiful place and wonderful stay. ”

“My husband and me loved the walking distance of the inn to the main streets in Old St. Augustine. The daily breakfast was stunning. The staff is very lovely, they make you feel like you are at home.”

“There was no Soap for the shower First thing I requested to refill the container or give a bar of soap. By checkout still no soap for shower. Expedia said I get two free waters. Apparently it is keeping the soap friendly someplace. Best of all on checking in (and buying a non refundable ticket) for shuttle service and old town trolley I wa assured my small dog could come. The shuttle driver refused let us go because not a SERVICE dog. Dog friendly hotel didn’t seem to know that. BTW news to me……
