“This accommodation may not suit every type of traveler. Starting with the positives: Firstly, the room’s amenities were quite good, the room was clean and tidy upon arrival. Secondly, the guesthouse is located close to Bonn’s city center. However, there were a few challenges: First, upon arrival, there was no staff to greet us, so we were unsure how to enter. Thankfully, another guest helped us enter the building and our room. Second, we had to park quite a distance away and carry our luggage……

“Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem zimmer und der Kommunikation. Alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Das einzige beim Buchen des Parkplatzes wäre wenn man die fahrzeuggrössen nochmal angibt. Denn dies wird beim buchen nicht angegeben und unser Auto kam gerade so ins parkhaus. Vorallem da die parkplätze übereinander sind. ”

“Die unterkunft war nicht ganz sauber, die wände sind dünn und man hört die zimmernachbarn leider durch. Nino der Zuständige vor ort war super und sehr bemüht. Das war top. Schön ist es, dass es eine Küche gibt und man auch selbst kochen konnte. Es war alles in allem ok. Die Lage ist eins A und wer es nicht astrein braucht für den ist das Hotel zu empfehlen. ”

“Nice apartment hotel, excellent for one person or a couple. Too small if you plan to share with someone other than a partner. Will stay again. ”

“The location was better than we expected. Walking out of the door, straight into Thielenbruch Wald. Also, an easy way to travel to Koln by rail just around the corner. And the pool is a very big plus! We had a question about the pool and cleanness of it, and the owner answered straight away. We recommend this place to anyone visiting nature and Koln.”

“When booking the property, I specifically asked that we (2 guests) are provided an extra bedding as we prefer sleeping warm. We were never provided it, despite multiple follow-ups with the manager (who even promised we would get it). ´ Also, the website indicates regular cleaning and during 1 week stay, the apartment was neither cleaned nor have we received fresh towels, toilet paper etc. We were explained by the manager that regular means once a week.
