My husband and I stayed there with our kids. Very convenient location, 5 min from downtown. Jeanine, the host, is quick to respond. Apartment is very spacious. Clean, well taken care of. I will definitely stay there again.

The apartments are close to the centre of St Gallen, but far enough away to be in a quiet neighbourhood. One thing to note is that the apartments are located up quite a big hill. Our apartment was very clean and light, and everything was in good working order, although its overall size was a little smaller than expected (it’s a bit of a squeeze when the sofa bed in the kitchen/diner is folded out).

Spacious and stylish apartment
The property is in a great location, spacious, decorated beautifully and very comfortable. The bathroom was huge with a lovely walk in shower. It was perfect for our family to stay in.

So much better than a hotel room: spacious, well setup, beautiful views out windows, comfortable, large bathroom, had everything you could need while travelling, and laundry in basement. Do not miss the Abbey which is right down the street and the funicular to hillside above city (park, ponds, farm, and walking paths).

Clean and comfortable studio apartment located near city centre of St Gallen. Peaceful and quiet place excellent for family vacation. Check in was seamless with all information provided before arrival. Come with onsite parking (require reservation).

Great experience. Great location, though it was a little far away from center of town, but the public transport helped with that.
A few dusty spots on top of some of the shelves, a dirty plate in the kitchen, but nothing else too bad.

We came to visit our son and daughter in law but didn’t want to encroach as they have a new baby. I saw these apartments and roughly knew where they were in St Gallen. We have loved our stay here, comfortable, every amenity you could think of….my only suggestion would be to get a full length mirror! The apartment is in the loft so the roof slopes, this could be tricky for super tall people. The property is also at the top of quite a steep hill, not a problem for us but could be for people who are not so fit. Would definitely come back here.

Great apartment for family with kids - has all kitchen tools, supplies and plenty of space for everyone. Very close to the city center, sightseeing areas etc.
The only concern was parking - it is not included in the rental price free even though the property has a private parking lot. The parking spaces are narrow - advertised as 3 slots, but in reality there are 2.5 slots so there a risk to scratch the car. And there were occasional random visitors of nearby properties who were taking these paid slots as there are no gates/bollards.
This property worked well for our family's needs. The parking area was quite challenging. We had a large van, but the owner assured us it would be fine. However, the other cars in the small lot didn't always park in such a way that actually made it doable.

Getting checked in was awful, we ended up having to buy data each day because it was the only way to communicate via WhatsApp (which we didn’t have). We were given the wrong code to an apartment that was occupied by someone else. Then after giving us the correct code to our apartment then that code was not valid after we stepped out for a few hours, the next morning was also code problems. There were also main entry code issues.
There was no details on how parking worked. Netflix was not provided (as it said it would). Overall, not happy with the communication and stay.

Wir waren 4 Nächte in der Wohnung; uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen, alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Umgebung sehr ruhig. Unsere Wohnung hatte einen schönen Ausblick auf St. Gallen.
Kleinigkeiten wie Spülmaschinentabs oder Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel (im Keller) werden bereitgestellt.
Lediglich mehr Teller und Gläser wären super, um die Spülmaschine nicht so oft laufen lassen zu müssen.

Fantastic boende!
Utmärkt boende med bra läge. Nära centrum. Lägenheterna var rena, fullt utrustade. Personalen är alltid tillgänglig och redo att svara på flera språk. Vi är överlyckliga att vi hittade Jupiter Apartments.
Trevligt och fräscht boende på en fin plats. Men förväxla ej med ett hotell för ingen personal eller lobby finns. Detta är ett lägenhetshotell som är obemannat.

O apartamento é muito lindo e confortável, conforme a foto apresentada. Tudo novinho, limpo e muito organizado. A localização é excelente!!! Amei muito.
O imóvel fica em uma ladeira, o que dificulta um pouco para quem vai à pé com malas grandes ou muitas unidades. Recomendo!!!
