"Room was small, but clean. The bar and restaurant were good. Lots of outdoor seating. About a block Away from water. Property looks bigger than looks in pictures. Did not try pool."

"There wasn't a beach view, there was a sidewalk and sandy/grassy hill view. AC worked. Kitchen was very tiny, like a 1 to 2 night hotel stay."

"Really great find! Definitely not the normal hotel feel here. Quiet and small as far as the property goes but spacious rooms and plenty of parking. Very nice people that are eager to make it an enjoyable stay. Booking it again later this year! "

"Check in was not good. I had no idea I needed to go to another location to check in. Shower didn’t work. Ice bucket, but no ice.9"

"Despite the crazy wind all week we enjoyed our first trip to SGI. The cottages are in a great location. We loved staying there. The only negatives were that the shared wall is very thin and we could hear conversations through the wall. We had 2 nights where my daughter couldn’t sleep because there were 2 little kids next door screaming and banging around all night. The cottage could use some fixing up a little too. There is space around the doors and our first night there someone was using the grill and the smoke was blowing right into the bedroom under the door. We still enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again one day. "
