2 Bed in St Ives (oc-nic24)

This spacious, second and third floor apartment with south westerly aspect gives panoramic views over the golden sands of Porthmeor Beach, the Tate Gallery and town.



Off the entrance hallway is a Bedroom with 2 x 3ft zip link beds (please advise on booking if double configuration is required) and a wash basin. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, wash basin and heated towel rail and WC. Through to the open plan Kitchen/Living/Dining area which has an electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. The Dining Area overlooks the golden sands of Porthmeor Beach and has a double sofa bed, radio/CD Player, TV and DVD Player. A staircase from the dining area leads to a Studio Bedroom/Lounge which has 2 x 3ft beds, wash basin, TV and DVD player. plus patio doors onto a private balcony with table and chairs to relax and enjoy the superb views over Porthmeor Beach.


Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent. Heating is provided by convector heaters and supplementary portable heaters.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen provided and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: Cot and high chair provided, please bring your own cot linen.

Shop: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.


NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. On-site parking for 1 car in secure communal garage. Space No.24 (approximately 15ft L x 6ft W). Arrival at St Nicholas Court must be before 10pm as at this time the communal gates are locked and access to the key safe will not be possible.
