"A premium hotel in every way. The staff were the friendliest and went the extra mile. The room was spacious and beautifully designed. Having a pool and gym was a plus. The location was perfect, across the road from the harbour so you could walk the promenade all the way up to the Little Mermaid, taking in all the sights along the route. Also close to 17 bus to Central Station for connections across the city. And the Mall across the road offered more places to eat and shop. Thank you for a lovely stay, we Loved it and will be back!"

"Really well maintained room, enough space if you're just using it to sleep in. Wifi was a bit patchy, but it was free, so not complaining!"

"The hotel was great! We were able to check in early as our flight was a late morning one. Great breakfast buffet in the morning we had that was filled with a lot of tasty food! In the evening we had a hamburger and fries at the bar with drinks and that was top notch! Would stay again!"

"The train station directly across the street, the large park next to that and the 15min walk to the Royal Residences made this a great spot to base an exploration of Copenhagen."

"The only thing that I would have liked to have was a broom for the room so we could tidy up after ourselves every couple days. This location was in a quiet part of town with great access to a couple local attractions and great proximity to the metro and lots of great places to eat."

"Great location near the ferry port. 5 min walk. 5-10 min walk to Osterport Station for easy train access. Very comfortable room, clean, quiet. Great full-buffet breakfast. Dinner menu is limited but very good. Netto grocery store right on the corner, 2 min away. Good Thai restaurant close. Good pool, small but good sauna, nice seating area in lobby. Gym fully equipped. Reception and restaurant staff exceptional. Overall, A+"

"Staff was nice, cleanliness is good. When booking, keep in mind the place has no elevator and the bathrooms are shared."

"The apartment is old and dated and not very clean at all. The bathroom is super super tiny. The apartment is very hot in the summer, you can only open windows on one side of the apartment, so no airflow which would cool it down. The area is central and you can get everything by foot or public transport. If you look for modern and clean, don’t book this apartment but if you don’t care then its a cheap option for an expensive city."
