“The food was very good and there was plenty of choice. The rooms were spacious and clean. They appeared short staffed as you could wait a while for service at the restaurant and at the bar which could be frustrating. There were rules round the pool but nothing adhered to and it became a free for all. Ie people leaving towels on beds all day and not being there most of it when it clearly says this is not allowed. “Gorgeous beaches Small resort but cozy and clean. Newly renovated so everything is nice. Food selection is bare minimum and not always catering to vegans. Nightly entertainment only some nights and ends by 9:30 pm. Shelley was amazing and attentive but other staff sometimes ignores you.”

“This is a remarkable property. The family run hotel is small enough that you feel and are treated like family, but large enough that you have so much to do. The tennis clinic that is offered free every day is awesome (Jose rocks). There is snorkeling on site and the service staff is second to none. Most importantly, Nigel is the best. “We stayed (with friends) for in early April. The weather was great and we really enjoyed the snorkeling. The sun was more intense than we expected so take precautions. As for the Sandpiper - we've never stayed at a place with a nicer and more helpful staff. Everyone was great and they got to know us.
