Amazing Place

We absolutely loved our stay in St. John on Chocolate Hole! The condo was clean, very spacious and the team was so responsive and amazing to work with! Highly recommend and would absolutely stay there again!!

The villa was great - well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. Location was close to beaches and town (about a 7 minute drive to Cruz Bay). Property team was communicative and helpful. We would certainly stay here again.

Lovely time in a peaceful location

The property was brand new and very clean. It was a lovely accommodation that suited the needs of our extended family beautifully. We were happy to spend our brief vacation at a home close to town and well-appointed.

Fabulous Location

We really enjoyed our stay at Casta Villa. The condo was beautifully decorated. The bedrooms were fabulous as well as the main living space. We loved paddle boarding right off the beach. There is wildlife everywhere, iguanas, DEER, hermit crabs and more. The location is perfect too! So many beautiful memories were made here. We Look forward to staying again.

St. John Villa Rental

Castaway Villa is a beautiful, new property. The rooms are spacious and everything is new. We found it hard to find as it is in a nondescript area and the entrance road is not marked. There is a beach area but the Villa is not on a beach front. Had beach equipment, an electric grill, outdoor seating, and resident iguanas right outside our door! Convenient location.

Holiday in Paradise

The house is located just a few yards from the beach. We could sit in the house or on the back porch and watch the water and the boats in Chocolate Hole Bay. It was great having a paddle board to take into the bay and watch the turtles swim by. The house is close to Cruz Bay and travelling to the North Shore beaches was no problem. The only drawback is the huge pit in the front of the house that was a safety concern. It needs to be filled in or fenced off,
