- The best of both worlds. Located on a quiet residential street with commanding views of the city and downtown. New home built in 2019, modern amenities, lovely outdoor space on the Waterford River trail. Walk to downtown on the trail or a short 2.4 km cab ride. With views comes stairs. Please not this is not an accommodation for individuals with mobility issues.
