"The house was awesome & solidly built (it doesn’t sway in high winds). The decor is a great balance of mid-century modern and contemporary beach-comfort. The kitchen is well equipped, but the cabinets over the cooktop could use a scrub. The beds were comfortable and cozy.The real attraction is definitely the view and beach access! There are stunning sunrises and sunsets, and sound of the wind & waves. Every rental has its quirks, and other than some issues with inconsistent hot water, this house was as near to perfect as I’ve seen!"

"The house and view were amazing. Loved the updated, clean and spacious rooms, the fact it had everything and more that we needed, the awesome hot tub and that there were ramps for easy access to the beach for my husband and elderly fur babies. My adult children enjoyed the paddle boards and my grand babies the beach toys and games. We also made use of the beach chairs and canopies. The sunrises and sunsets were breath taking and the view of the ocean and night sky left us in awe of God’s amazing creations..We had perfect weather every day. It was our best beach trip ever. The property manager and owners answered all our questions and made sure our experience here was enjoyable and relaxing. Thank you for making our beach trip special. We absolutely loved it here and will be back next year God willing. "

"Needs maintenance. Large bedroom upstairs had plumbing issues. Lights on rear steps didn’t work. Outside power outlets not working. Loose and rough boards on decking including protruding nails. Dishwasher good for sanitizing only. Hot tub wouldn’t heat. Trash cans are not bear proof - yes, I mean bears. Dishes in cabinets were not cleaned well."
