"House has amazing location with virtually your own private beach. House is spacious and the kitchen has everything you could need. Host company was very friendly and attentive and responded within minutes when needed. Made for a perfect vacation for my group of 6. Weather was great all week"

"The house was perfect it had everything you could possibly need . The pool was big and in the perfect location you felt like you were on the beach . The house is steps away from the beach however you do have to walk a few walkways over due to the channel running in front, it’s not like the pictures but not a big deal for us . The neighbors did tell us this would be fixed in December. We will definitely be back . We rented a golf cart and this made it easy to get all of our things to and from the beach . The house is not far from Port St Joe and we had lots of wonderful seafood . All and all this was one of our favorite fall vacations thank you for sharing your home !"

"Needs maintenance. Large bedroom upstairs had plumbing issues. Lights on rear steps didn’t work. Outside power outlets not working. Loose and rough boards on decking including protruding nails. Dishwasher good for sanitizing only. Hot tub wouldn’t heat. Trash cans are not bear proof - yes, I mean bears. Dishes in cabinets were not cleaned well."
