"This hotel was very neat. I was going to see a show at the Fox and the hotel is almost right across the street from the theatre so it was great for that purpose. There are some things I wish I had known prior to staying so I will share those here. Parking is in the back of the building for the hotel and there is a fee for parking. "Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town."

"The staff was A ! Rooms were clean and welcoming. We were only there one night for a concert so we didn’t use any of the other facilities except our room and valet parking. One of the reasons we picked this hotel was for its proximity to the Enterprise center. It was very close however it didn’t feel safe enough to walk."
