Very nice and accommodating staff. Hotel room was very very large, updated, and clean. Had everything like a little apartment. Very comfy bed. Staff was very fun and personal when checking out. I was pleasantly surprised.

Be aware this hotel spot is very old, unclean, and not well maintained. The staff was very nice but the place was super seedy. Not a 3 star as advertised.

Good value, nice rooms.

This was the perfect property for our stay in St. Louis. The location was great for our needs, rooms are very large with lots of storage. Kitchen was lacking a bit, needing more dishes and silverware. It was quiet, comfortable and convenient. Will stay here again.

It was clean. There was plenty of space. We arrived at nights, went to bed and in morning left to spend time with family at the seminary. We like it cause its resonable distrance to the seminary.

Not really for starters everything was dirty but appeared clean and in place. Dishes had dirty smudges, trash wasn’t taken out, tub had a dirt ring, the pull out bed had the shot bottle of fireball liquor and full of snack trash, and the pillow cases had hair on them. Kitchen also didn’t come fully filled with dishes I was missing pots and knives. Under the bed had lots of missed trash. The fridge wouldnt shut so it’s wasn’t keeping food cold. I didn’t have time to address the situation due to me being behind schedule prior to booking, but the room wasn’t in good shape. Staff were nice and polite.

I needed to be out of the house because Flooring was put down. This place was perfect for that. It was a large room with a bedroom area, a full kitchen and a loveseat chair and TV. I could bring my cat and it was very comfortable not five star because it isn’t nice enough for that. And on the weekends, I have to say there was a lot of people there, but it was still pretty quiet.

Great studio, comfortable bed, clean, quiet. Stayed for 1 night. Plenty of washers and dryers in a separate building in the center of the buildings, best I could tell. Service was very nice and friendly. No elevators, just to be aware.
