「The room was amazing, the staff service was amazing, food was good at the buffet and Italian restaurant. I would just say the swim up pools as I stayed in 20-102 could use a heater as the sun does not heat the pool like the two big main ones. But then again I came in January so summertime maybe different. 」

The bay house itself is gorgeous, rooms are clean and there’s always lots of beautiful brightly coloured fresh flowers on the tables and around the hotel. The staff are absolutely wonderful, so friendly and polite and go out of their way to make your stay extra special. Probably the best service and most friendly staff we’ve ever experienced at a hotel. We have a 9 month old boy and they were so great with him too, they really went above and beyond...

「I stayed here for my birthday, and I honestly had such a great experience. The hotel is in a really convenient location—about 15 minutes from the airport and close to the nightlife. If you’re someone who likes going out, it’s also roughly 15 minutes from Grand Anse Beach and the local town area where people shop and hang out. The staff was incredibly friendly the entire time. Anything I needed, I just messaged the front desk on WhatsApp, and they took care of it right away. They even surprised...

「I booked a last minute stay here and was pleasantly surprised. Great budget hotel in great location. SGU bus right outside the door. Excellent restaurant on the premises. Pool, spa and gym- and while small, they were a welcome bonus for the great price. The room was large and the kitchen and sitting area were a nice bonus. Staff was friendly and like others have said, it is nice to be able to text them questions and comments.」

「The view of the ocean from this hotel is spectacular. In particular, the view from the infinity edge pool is second to none. You would be hard-pressed to find a better one in the Caribbean. The staff are helpful and friendly. The office is open to visitors and convenient to your room. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk down the hill and to the left. It's not an easy walk if you are carrying lots of supplies. Taxi might be best, but it is walkable. 」

「Excellent, caring staff. Fantastic grounds and views. Lovely cabin room with kitchen perched above the cove, where I could hear the Atlantic waves and the local fauna. Extremely peaceful, and private. It’s a lovely out-of-the-way small lodge tucked in a quiet cove on the Atlantic side of the island. It’s rustic and authentic. Would definitely go back. 」

「We had a fabulous time at Mt. Cinnamon Resort! The beach is not only spotless but stunning and most relaxing! The water is a true turquoise/teal color - a dream!!! We loved the walk to the beach and up the hill to our villa (exercise during the day!), but for those not interested/able, there is a hotel shuttle up the hill. We loved our comfortable villa with a spectacular view. Special thanks to Laura and Joshua, and the rest of the staff for making our stay comfortable. We took an island tour...
