「The unit was absolutely darling refurbished after the hurricane. A block and a half from the Gulf of Mexico. Easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Bikes, chairs and beach toys were available for free. There were wagons to put things in to the beach. The process of making reservations was easy. Emails were welcoming and polite. The cleaning lady was friendly and polite. Excellent place to stay. We would definitely come back to with Fran Maxon Real Estate.」

「My husband and I took a quick 4 day trip to the area. We’ve been coming to this area for years with our kids and still now as empty nesters. The Casita met our needs to a tee. The pictures online were to a tee in person as well. It was clean and so charming. Wendy the property manager kept in contact with us through out the stay and was quick to respond to our messages from beginning to end. I would highly recommend the casita. I will admit that parking was pretty tight, but it worked out. Plenty of eateries close by. There was even an osprey that we saw every day as well as a manatee that visited. 」
