Freshly renovated in 2025! All new appliance and furniture. Come enjoy the beach life at this cute, quiet duplex only 1/2 block from the beach. Free parking and walk to the beach just a few steps away.

Indian Rocks Beach is a family-oriented community of just 5200 people, our beaches are not crowded. They are impeccably maintained and beautiful in every way.

Go for a swim, cast a line, rent a boat or build the world’s best sand castle. All this awaits you and is just steps from your door.

There is plenty of things to see and do while you are here. Restaurants, bars, museums, parks and so much more is within walking distance.

The space
You get 1/2 of a duplex with private parking and just steps away from the beautiful clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

We are pet friendly for small dogs up to 15 lbs. and cats. Additional non-refundable pet fee is required upon check-in.

Please be sure to review the amenities, I often get asked if there is a washer/dryer in the unit. There is not , however there are several laundromats in the area.

This is a great property in Indian Rocks. The location is perfect, unit is much larger than most 2/1 places. Owners are right next-door, and very attentive.

We were very happy with this property! I must admit, when I first noted that the property was 850 sq. ft. I thought it would be cramped quarters. That is not the case! The living room and bedrooms are very spacious. All was just as listed. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and we really appreciated the cart that Colette provides furnished with chairs, umbrella etc. Also for children, buckets, shovels and the like. We were thankful for the gas grill and put it to use several times. Another thing we really loved were the two chairs out front (that are not pictured in the listing). When the winds were strong, placing the chairs close to the house was like having a cabana and we could enjoy the warm sunshine. The back of the house is covered so you could be outside on a rainy day. We can't say enough about the owner, Colette. When we had any concerns or requests she replied in 10 minutes or less and they were addressed, a really sweet lady! Our stay was 6 weeks and we will definitely stay there again when in the area. The property has a very cozy atmosphere.
