Small but Perfect

The pictures of the property are accurate. We stayed overnight while looking for RV Parks for next winter's stay. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom counter's base has some structural damage but doesn't impede its function. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise because the place is close to the road. There is no pool so that should be taken off the listing. We felt safe in the area. You can walk 2 blocks to restaurants and pubs. We would stay here again for a short stay.

Quaint Mom & Pop Efficiency

Excellent location walkable/bikeable to wonderful downtown Dunedin. Definitely an older building with modern decor. Very clean. Shower had wonderful, strong water pressure. It met all my needs, nothing fancy but completely adequate. There is a nice comfy outdoor sitting area. I never located a pool. I asked others that are staying there and they told me there was no pool.

Vintage Motor Court Feel

The place was a bit difficult to find, especially late at night, as the driveway is kinda hidden. The room was exactly as pictured and just perfect for a single traveler or couple. The bathroom sink top has very little space for toiletries or getting ready in the morning but I just spread everything on the table outside the door. One suggestion is a small curtain for the window at the top of the door as the outside lights were blazing through. Good communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again.
