Location

Vintage motel with great location for walking to so many places !!! Parking is limited in Dunedin so that’s a big benefit. Check in was so easy and convenient. Owner text us on 2nd day to see if we needed anything (very nice).

Great Location, Terrific Price

Great location, literally one block from the waterfront, two blocks from the Pinellas Trail, and a half mile from downtown Dunedin. Price very reasonable for the area. I would definitely stay here again, only reason I’m not rating 5 stars is because the property is a little dated, constant dripping water in the bathroom, but nothing major. Quiet location, although it is on a busy street, so you will hear some traffic noise, although I never heard any other guests. Bottom line, very reasonably priced lodging in an upscale location.

Great location

We chose this VRBO because of location. We were able to walk to the places we went. We also are morning walkers & there was a great sidewalk to utilize. This was important as broadway is a busy street. This is definitely a vintage unit but served our needs. We used the outside seating for morning coffee & breakfast. While the listing includes a pool & paper towels included, when I communicated I was told this location did not include a pool (note this was not important to us) and that paper towels we not included. They also indicated they had been trying to change that on the information but were not having any luck. They were quick to respond.
