We loved this place so much. The pool was great. It was a quick walk to the beach. Everything was nice and comfy. Lots of extra pillows and blankets. The bikes and outdoor toys are a nice touch for traveling with kids.

Nice location, good value

The condo was big and comfortable. Complex of condo was ok, ramp/ladder for kayaks closed. Condo had everything needed, would stay here again. Only warning to dog owners, there is no grass on premises for dogs.

Great vacation

The kayaks and paddle boards were great and very handy. The beach cart was amazing and made trips to the Beach a breeze. I almost purchased a bigger umbrella for the beach, current one is small for a family. House was clean and easy to navigate, kept us very comfortable.

Excellent location, but needs upkeep.

The condo setup was perfect for our family. Having one bedroom with multiple beds for the kids made us feel comfortable. Having the dock and pool out back made for a great place to relax during our beach vacation. Unfortunately the floors were sticky and had not been mopped before arrival. Our feet were black within minutes. The dish washer wasnt working, and the washing machine was half full of water and it had leaked out onto the floor and through the cieling of the garage below. We immediately messaged Vacasa through our VRBO app that we booked out trip through. We never recieved a response from them until 10 days later. We were able to contact a maintenance person directly and got the dish washer and washing machine fixed by day 4 of our trip. We did buy some cleaning supplies to mop the floors ourselves. The condo had definitely suffered from a lack of upkeep since the pictures were taken. I was able to tighten up some cabinet doors that were falling off with a tool kit i found above the sink. With a litte bit of effort this place could be tuned up in a day or two and be deserving of a much better review. I would definitely stay in the area again, but unless I saw an updated profile I would probably choose another unit.

Great vacation spot!!!

This home was cozy and just right for our family vacation. It’s near restaurants and 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. There was plenty of beach equipment including umbrellas and chairs, floats, kayaks and safety equipment. The pool was assessable and clean. The garage was spacious for a large SUV or even two cars. The furniture was modern and the beds were more than comfy. Having the enclosed patio was plus from the mosquitoes. However, I did recommend that the patio furniture either be changed or cleaned. It was stained enough to see but at the same time it was off white. NOTE: Clearwater shuts down at 10 PM. Nothing is open for late night eats or hanging out. If you are looking for a party spot or young crowds, I would not recommend. I look forward to visiting again and enjoying this home and beach.

Great place

Had a great stay at Seashell 17. Pool was closed the first several days which was disappointing. Spotlessly clean. Fairly short walk to beach….maybe 5 minutes. Bikes and beach trailer to use were great. Would recommend.

Location was great. Close to so much and walk to beach was nothing. Little bit older unit but they have made some upgrades. Very quiet place to stay and the use of the kayaks and paddle boards was a nice touch. The dock was great to fish off of and the kids caught many fish over the week. Last two days there we saw dolphins and one came very close to the dock!!!

Nice house with great amenities

We had a wonderful week staying at this house. Location was great; between intercoastal and beach. Unit included everything to have fun on and near the water: beach chairs, bikes, kayaks, paddle boards and even fishing gear that we used on the dock in the backyard! Perma-Smile kind of week.
