Great location

The location was perfect. The house was great! Was so nice to have our own pool and outdoor spaces. Lots of privacy even though you are surrounded by other houses. The bedrooms are set up perfectly for families/kids etc.

Great house and location

The listing was exactly as described. Just a very short walk to the beach. The property manager was very informative and always available even though we never needed her. We would definitely stay there again.

Friends football trip

We came to Clearwater Beach with a handful of friends for a long weekend. The Starfish Beach House met and exceeded all our expectations. There was plenty of space for all of us and the communication from the team from booking to checkout was second to none.

Great for a group

Stayed with my family of six plus 2 others in extended family. More than enough sleeping and bathroom availability. Stayed in the area for a destination wedding and since we had room, many more people were able to come over for breakfast the next morning. Loved everything about this property!

Clearwater girls trip

Front porch was inviting to sit outside. House had a nice layout. Location was excellent to the beach and trolley stop. Pool area was not as clean as it could be and the pool had not been vacuumed prior to our arrival.

Wonderful

This house was the perfect location for our family vacation. Just a few steps away from beach access. Having a pool was also delightful and very kid friendly. House had mostly everything we needed (minus a pizza cutter) but nothing is a miss with this property. Beds are comfortable, plenty of space and tvs for different viewing options. Would definitely stay again! Location is also walking distance to shopping, food, etc!

This is our third time staying at the Starfish House. I booked this particular house last summer to ensure we got this house for our 2025 vacation. It suites our three individual families with young grandkids. We are just steps from the beach and the grandkids enjoyed the pool immensely. This house accommodates our family of ten with 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds in one and a queen and double bunkbeds in another.) My husband and I love Clearwater Beach!

This is the cutest beach cottage. It is literally steps from the beach. We really enjoyed being able to just walk to the beach anytime. The shed was stocked with sand toys and umbrellas and chairs. The house is newly renovated and was very clean. There was even a bbq in the backyard. It is also walking distance from shops and restaurants. We loved it!!

This was our 2nd time staying here and we love it!! Everything is perfect! There's plenty of space for our family and the amenities can't be beat! The kitchen has everything you need and there's 2 washing machines and dryers in the space, which is very useful! The location is perfect, just steps to a beautiful beach with amazing sunsets. The beach isn't too crowded, which is also great! The private pool is amazing and the perfect place to relax when you're not on the beach. The booking process is easy and smooth and the management is always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions. We highly recommend this property and rental company!

Steps to the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location, location, location! It was great being just steps from the beach. We were able to go out after dinner and set up easily during the day. There is a dog beach nearby so you see a decent amount of dogs at this location. We loved that. Since it’s on Clearwater Beach, there were lots of DoorDash and restaurant options for delivery. Depending on how long you’re willing to walk, there is a pizza place on the next block over and many other restaurants about a half a mile to a mile down the road. Also easy to catch a uber. The house itself was clean and the property management people were very easy to deal with. It is an older home and a little bit oddly configured (i.e. fridge around corner from kitchen, not a lot of pantry space, tvs not directly in front of couches). The configuration was not a surprise because the pictures do show the house well. The pool was really nice. We were worried it wouldn’t feel private with the taller buildings around, but once you were in it, you didn’t really see anyone else.

Perfect Fit for Us

My husband & I travelled with our 4 adult children. Everyone had their own bed and there was a bathroom with shower for each room. Loved the pool in the yard and the little covered gathering space outside with a full refrigerator for beverages and a bag of ice. Steps from the beach to easily come back & forth. The only thing that was lacking was some basic kitchen items that are normally at the rentals we’ve stayed at. There was no salt/pepper or any spices at all. We bought salt & pepper to leave there. No cooking spray or oil to coat a pan, foil, baggies, or any wrap item. Had a little trouble with the lock but management was very available immediately to remedy for us. Unfortunately there wasn’t an iron on site but we were able to use a dryer to tumble items. Management checked in on us several times throughout our stay which was awesome. Highly recommend this rental and the management company. Julian was very helpful with restaurant recommendations.

Great beach location

The house was clean and worked great for our family. Great location directly on a quieter part of the beach. The pool is great for a break and gets afternoon shade which is nice during scorching hot Florida days. I only wish there were more restaurants and shops closer by.

The house was equipped with everything . We just needed to buy food .We were a family of 6 adults and three kids and we had lots of space . The only thing was limited space for your folded clothes . But that’s a very small thing . The unit had two dryers and washers , all the towels you need and everything from soap or cleaning supplies and paper towels . The service and attentiveness of the management was also amazing . We will definitely come back !
