Just the perfect size for two

The Little Pearl is a small studio apartment that had everything the two of us needed. The location was perfect for walking along the bay and to St. Pete Pier. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cozy and comfortable and centrally located

We had another wonderful stay at Little Pearl. It was as cozy and comfortable like the first time. We love the fact that it is within walking distance to the waterfront, the park, restaurants, the aquatic pool, and the Saturday farmer's market. It was also close to several supermarkets that we like (Trader joe's, Publix, Fresh Market, Rolling Oats). The apartment is outfitted with a washer/dryer, which is a huge help especially for long-term stays. And best of all, Ann (owner) and Percy (the dog) are such welcoming hosts! We loved our stay so much that we already booked for 2025!

A perfect little hide-away!!!

My husband and I have been coming to St. Pete for 8 years now and stay for a month. For a studio apartment, it is incredibly cozy, comfortable, bright & airy, and well-equipped with all the essentials. It even has a washer/dryer, which is a must for long-term stays. What made our month-long stay at Little Pearl truly RELAXING was that 1) it was very clean; 2) its "beach" decor/ambiance was not only pleasing but also lovingly and meticulously put together; 3) it has a porch - small but sufficient - where you can get some sun in the morning or have drinks in the afternoon; 4) it's a leisurely walk to the park/beach/Pier/farmer's market/cafes (so we hardly used our rental car); and 5) it's particularly conducive for "work from home", which I had to do on this trip. But, more importantly, what made our stay MEMORABLE was Ann, our landlady. Our interaction with her was so easy; she responds promptly & professionally. And she was warm, generous, outgoing, down-to-earth, and so accommodating with all our little requests. And lastly, she was genuinely welcoming, and so was Percy, her adorable dog. We would come and stay at Little Pearl anytime!!! :)

A special place...

This property is a gem... It offered everything and more. The kitchen was fully equipped, adorned with tasty decorations and creative with where they placed a washer/dryer. The sitting area had plenty of room and the bed was tucked away hidden partially by a bookcase that doubled as a partial wall. An antique cabinet in the bathroom offered extra storage. There were six windows to let in the sunshine and view the lovely vegetation. Located in a wonderful historic section only one block to the bay made this studio a perfect spot to hang your hat for a while. Ann was there to answer any questions and was very helpful. I feel as though I have made a new friend. Thank you Ann! My only regret is that time went too fast... Susan

For all the things you desire!

Check in could not have been easier and the property lived up to the pictures. Ann was a wonderful host and checked with us during our stay and was very available when we had questions. The apartment was an oasis for the weary and lightened the day in the evening. We would stay again in a minute.

Home away from home

The Little Pearl was wonderful and a great base for my 3 week stay in St. Pete! The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was both close to the waterfront and the St Pete nightlife, but also quiet and private. I will definitely be back every time my work brings me to St. Petersburg.

Very sweet spot for anyone who wants to be close to the water, but not on it; enjoy mulitple forms of outdoor relaxation and recreation but not tourists; close to great places to dine but able to cook-in and walks around the historic neighborhood, the farmer's market or waterfront without wondering if you you're in danger.

The Little Pearl

This lovely little apartment is just perfect. Immaculate, adorably decorated, comfortable, and in a great location near waterfront parks. You can even walk to downtown restaurants, the pier, and the MFA if you're feeling energetic. Ann is a wonderful host, always available if needed.

Inviting studio in a charming location

The accommodations here are well-arranged and very comfortable- it really feels like a vacation beach cottage! Also, the walking or jogging options around it are wonderful and close to the waterfront park. The close access to the St Pete waterfront area with parks, eating options and shops is a big bonus, too.

Absolutely wonderful condo!

When I arrived I found fresh flowers, a bottle of wine, and - be still my heart - a huge chocolate bar! "Little Pearl" did not disappoint. Every inch was thoughtfully utilized and so-o-o-o cute. Also very private with parking that couldn't have been more convenient. Ann was great, my stay was wonderful. would HIGHLY recommend!!

Little Pearl review

Our stay in St Petersburg couldn't have been better. Little Pearl is as charming in person as it is on the Internet. The neighborhood was lovely, convenient to downtown and very walkable. And Anne couldn't have been a better host. It was our most memorable visit to Florida ever.
