Seniors Spring Break Trip

We had 5 families stay in the units at Harborview Grand so it made it easy for everyone to be together. Beautiful views from every balcony and close enough to walk to the beach. Stay here away from the crowds.

Central and walking distance

Really nice condo with plenty of room and balcony overlooking harbor is beautiful. Did not use cooking as we walked to many restaurants, but it is nice kitchen. Loved walking to everything including the beach. pool area is small but we had friends across at edge and opal so we did not use subject pool at all. We had fabulous weather so always a bonus. used the Grouper ..easy peasy.to get around and inexpensive. Recommend this unit.

Great location. Loved keyless entry. Saw dolphins everyday from balcony! Very close to walk to beach, shopping, restaurants, mini market, and liquor store.

Great location and roomy accommodations. Plenty of space for a family and guests.

This rental was most everything we expected. The view of the city scape at night was spectacular. There is a few block walk to the beach. Very crowded in March so we often went down to the North part of Clearwater beach which is bigger snd less crowded. The pool is small and just fine. It just got a bit overused and then a bit cloudy during our stay in March. The condo is roomy snd well appointed with everything you could need, especially the kitchen. Lots of towels. The decor and furniture is a bit dated but just fine. The technology for tv is out of date and a bit hard to use. Clearwater is a fun city with lots of great restaurants. And you can’t beat those sunsets!!!

Great condo, great location

The property had many amenities and was in very good condition. It's convenient to the beach, shops and restaurants. The pool needs better and more chaise loungers but that's outside of the condo owner's immediate control.

I gave acceptable rating for answering questions, as I emailed about a question and never got an answer. Most correspondence were very timely and friendly. We have loved renting with Florida Beach Rentals in the past, and this was another great experience. This condo is perfect, very pretty and well appointed. We lacked for nothing. Great addition that the owners make available their "cabana" or storage closet for beach supplies. Random left-behinds are a nice way to get started with beach items. It's my recommendation that FBR should provide enough beach chairs for the condo, with a penalty for loss if need be. The location of HVG is perfect as far as our family is concerned. Hard to find a townhouse or condo closer to the beach. The pool is really nice. So close to many restaurants, shops, activities. We have stayed twice and never used our car. We will definitely be back.

Harborview Grande 802 was our home away

Harborview Grande 802 was our home away from home for 3.5 months. The condo and the location lived up to everything you read and see in the photos. This location is very close to the beach, various restaurants and bars, and walking distance to the pier. Florida Beach Rentals were wonderful to work with during our stay, helping us if we needed anything. We enjoyed being on the harbor side of the island, watching the sun rise, the dolphins playing in the basin and seeing the boat traffic. We will definitely return again! And we definitely recommend this unit for a large family or couples who want a special place to visit!
