Family trip

This property was a fantastic find! It was absolutely stunning but also in a great location. Directly across from the beach but also only 3 driveways down from an amazing playground. We will definitely stay again!

The house is completely a hidden gem. Steps to the beach, steps to an amazing playground, super easy to park and navigate the house. Appreciated the beautiful kitchen and dining table where we made a lot of memories! I would recommend bringing a baby gate if you have little ones! Can’t wait to stay again!

Everything was great!

Home was much larger in person than what appeared in pics. Very clean and location was awesome. Steps from the beach and has everything you need. Our family of 5 really enjoyed it.

Very nice place across the street from the beach

This is a very nice, clean place with a great kitchen and good common space. Not directly on Gulf Blvd so it's quiet with plenty of parking. Recommended.

Nice house!

The house is nice, clean and comfortable and very close to the beach. They also prepare beach chair, floating, beach toys for the kids. Location is good point, you can easy go to everywhere. We will prebook if we comeback to Tampa again. Highly recommend

Short break

Property was lovely - very clean and tidy. Kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and crockery etc Elevator was not working, but we were warned about that ahead of time. Property is a townhouse, so three flights of stairs - be prepared for that if you are not used to stairs!!!😉

no pride in ownership

Elevator didn't work and they didn't care. Alarm system went on the blink beeping every 30 seconds had to track down property manager who was absolutely no help. Wouldn't return calls and text. When I finally got her on the phone she offered up the cleaning lady to repair both the elevator and the alarm. Needless to say we never had the use of the elevator all bedrooms on the 3rd floor. Nice bringing everything up 3 stories.I fixed the alarm myself and had to leave my family to get batteries. The cleaning lady was nice useless for repairs but very nice.

Great stay for girls trip!

This was the perfect location for our group of friends. Kitchen had everything we needed and living area, kitchen, and dining area were great for relaxing and hanging out. Large dining table was a plus! Very close to crosswalk to the beach. Comfy beds!
