Still recovering from hurricane helene

We had a nice stay and the communication with Peter, the owner, was great; however, the property was slightly different than what we were thinking! The property has washer and dryer on site, but not in the unit itself. It also mentioned a grill but we weren’t able to utilize it so had to cook indoors. The listing mentions an office, but it has a living room/kitchen area that could be used with a laptop. The “master bedroom” with the bathroom attached and walk-in closet was the room the kids beds were in and the queen bed was in the other room (likely due to space). The property itself was super close to the beach to walk to, which we loved. The unit just could use some TLC - windows had x’s of tape across a few different windows And the dishwasher and fridge were coming apart at the bottom. We loved Peter and he was great to respond to messages and accommodate an hour later checkout time, but if we come back to the area we will likely check out a different unit/complex.

Perfect location!

We had a great stay in Indian Rocks Beach. Short 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Tons of restaurants close by. Not crowded, traffic never busy. The house was everything we needed. Thank you for a great vacation!

My sun set view

Arrived early and the staff (cleaning) were still working. I was ablw to leave my belongings and head robthe grocery store. Property owner and staff very nice. Great location . Will definitely make a return visit.
