This newly renovated state of the art vacation rental is in the heart of it all. Just south of Park Blvd near the Seacoast Bird Sanctuary (admission is always FREE), you and your kids are going to love it! You're within walking distance to parks, tennis courts, breakfast & coffee shops. Ice cream (Candy Kitchen), pizza (Beach Pizza), and convenience stores are just to name a few. Gulf Blvd is a hot spot for entertainment, shopping, eating to simply strolling and sight seeing. Our favorite restaurant, the Salt Rock Grill is only .9 miles away and has excellent food. Make your way to John's Pass to experience fantastic waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping and water excursions, only 5 minutes south. Fifteen minutes north and you are at Clearwater Beach, here you will find award winning beaches, amazing restaurants, nightlife, our local star “Winter” from the movie “Dolphin Tale” at the Clearwater Aquarium and the Pier 60 nightly sunset celebration is only 10 minutes north. St Pete/Clearwater airport is 20 minutes away, Tampa International Airport is 30 minutes away. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are only 45 minutes away. Orlando, Disney, Universal and Sea World, are all only 90 minutes away. Leave the car at home when exploring the local area, we have the Suncoast Beach Trolley that runs right outside your door and for only 5 dollars you can jump on and off all day. Travel from Clearwater beach to St. Pete's Beach and all stops in between. The trolley run's every 20 to 30 minutes from 5 am through10:10 pm; or until midnight on Friday's and Saturday's. It even has free WIFI, a total of 20.7 miles each way. The Clearwater beach area is a wonderful place to spend the winter, visit spring training, get away for spring break or a much needed summer vacation.
