While you're just a short walk from the surf and sand, this property is also right across the street from a city park with a playground and sports courts, and a short distance from local shops and restaurants. Hop in the car and discover several additional attractions nearby including John's Pass, the Florida Botanical Gardens, The Dalí (Salvador Dalí Museum), and the Feather Sound Country Club, all less than 16 miles away.

Back home, prepare all your favorite delights in the compact but complete kitchen and then dine at the adjacent table for four – perfect for laptops or rainy day board games! A grilling area and shared patio are also just steps from your door for when you want to spice up your home-cooked menu.

After beach days, rinse off using the outdoor shower and then settle into the comfortable living area where you'll find a sofa bed and a TV ready to stream all your favorite channels using your own accounts.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please note, due to Hurricane Helene and Milton: There is ongoing construction in the ground floor units, which may cause noise disturbances during working hours, and that the communal laundry room will be out of order until further notice.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
