Beautiful

Arie dam is our favorite place to stay. This unit was absolutely beautiful. Love how private the pool is. Loved checking in and out at condo.

Beautiful stay in Madeira Beach

The condo was clean and comfortable and had lots of space for four of us. The balcony views were fantastic! You could feel like you were on the beach without having to leave the condo. Everything we needed and wanted was within walking distance. The accommodations contributed to a very relaxing vacation!

Beautiful and on the beach !

Working vacation - so was able to work during the day and walk directly down to the pool and beach every evening. The screened in balcony made that space wonderful for relaxing. And the unit was in pristine condition, brand new inside and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend !!!

Great Vaca to Madeira Beach

We loved our stay at Arie Dam. The property was really clean and the view priceless. The condo was well appointed and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Lots of restaurants close by and an easy walk in any direction. There were beach chairs, beach toys for children, and a cooler. Everything that makes it convenient for families not to have to buy or travel with.

Magnificent views and very well decorated and updated.

Great location with tremendous views and fabulous sunsets. Recently updated and well furnished. Easy beach access with beach umbrellas and chaise lounges available for rent if you wish. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Very nice complex and well maintained. We had problems with door lock the whole time and was told that the brand was temperamental, which was a definite negative.

Great Condo! Beautiful View!

This was a great condo and a great balcony oceanfront! We would def stay here again. The screen on the balcony was perfect!! We did have one issue. There were 6 of us staying in the condo and there were only 4 washcloths in the entire condo. I contacted the local phone number listed on the fridge and they responded quickly to have me check a couple places where some extra washcloths could be but there wasn't any. I sent a text back letting them know that we still didn't find and washcloths but no one responded at all. So we washed towels and washcloths every night. This was a small inconvenience but we managed. The condo was great!!

We had no idea how to get into this building. The key you need was in the condo and we had no idea the building was locked Fortunately, a tenant let us in.
