Great location

We had a great stay. Place was cute and just perfect for a couple. We also had a 5 year old with us and we had plenty of room. We would definitely stay again at this location.

Great and convenient spot for a relaxing and fun getaway!

The property was directly across from the beach, which made it very easy to go to the beach everyday. The location of the property was ideal. Everything that we needed/wanted was within a very short distance. The other people that live in the complex were VERY nice and helpful. We had a great vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay. It was the perfect size for 2 adults and 1 child (would have been okay with 2 kids also). Very clean and well maintained. We definitely plan to return! Also shout out to Mickey for keeping the pool in tip top shape everyday!

Super cute and cozy condo in an excellent location on Sunset Beach in Treasure Island, FL. Private beach access across street and community pool that is clean and well maintained on premises. Short walk to Caddy's On The Beach, Ka' Tiki, and Sea Dog Brewing Company for night life options. Numbered parking space for occupant and multiple guest spots are a plus. Laundry room with multiple washers/dryers. Condo is fully furnished with updated kitchen in an open layout and lots of cabinet space. Walk in shower is luxurious and GREAT water pressure! Bedroom has a king bed that is very comfortable. Central air and ceiling fans in bedroom and living room keeps you cool. Overall the place is fantastic and would highly recommend it and can't wait to visit again...TOP NOTCH!!!!

Amazing

This is our second time staying here and it just gets better everytime. They did a few upgrades to our Condo since our last visit (smart TV and adjustable bed). Our kiddo was thrilled that he was able to watch his Netflix at night with the new smart TV. They also have a few beach items that are super helpful to have available (umbrella & chairs). You can't beat this location and they VERY short walk to the beach! Everyone in the area is so friendly and helpful! The only con would be that there were a few days that the pool was closed until 11AM when the hours posted said it opened at 8AM. (Totally understand the pool needs to be cleaned etc. and that the owners don't control when the pool maintenance is taking place, just noting that was our only con of the entire stay.) We will definitely be back!

Treasure Island Review

Overall location and surroundings were very nice. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was nice. The laundry room was convenient. My only suggestion is a new mattress and better/more pillows. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.
