Disappointed

The pics are deceiving. Not nearly as nice as the pics make it seem. The room smelled. The room itself needed a major overhaul. The whole property does. Could use better window coverage so the bright porch light doesn’t shine through the window all night long. The bedding and pillows could use an upgrade as well. It took 3 requests to get the property to respond via email or text, even though they repeatedly sent texts saying…if you need anything just text.

Horrible

It was worst place we have ever stayed. There was a bad smell when we first walked in we went to put clothes in closet but could not from the bad odor. The bathroom was dirty towels not clean. When we were about to go to bed and lifted the sheets we found bugs in bed and on walls by the bed we got out things and ran out. We were still in our pjs and had no where to go at 12 am. I told our experience to property manager he tried to deny it would not listen to what I had to say. The worst experience I have ever had and this was supposed to be a special trip for my daughters sweet 16
