Great Unit

This was a great condo, exactly as described. Clean, great location, smooth booking/checking in/checking out process, and fast responses by property manager. My only suggestion would be to buy a couple more decent beach chairs for the unit (there was only 1 good one, the others were rusty and old).

Perfect Staycation

UTampa drop off

Nice location to enjoy a few days with our youngest son before dropping him off for his first semester at UTampa. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate and the lack water pressure in the unit made showering a challenge, but the unit was clean and comfortable for a few days of relaxation.

Amazing vacation! Be sure to double check the parking policy our vehicle was towed over a simple mistake with no prior information given to us about parking.

Great Condo

The condo was really clean. All instructions and prior questions answered and given within plenty of time before arrival. The location is great, within walking diastance to shops and restaurants. We loved that there were beach towels and small beach chairs we could use during our stay. Would love to stay here again a d for longer next time!

A wonderful property

Sunset Vistas is a fantastic place to stay! It's right on the beach and the view is wonderful, especially at sunset. The suites are well-equipped. The pool is great! John's Pass is within walking distance, if you're so inclined, but of course you can drive there. Shops and restaurants are close. This is not the first time we've stayed here, and definitely will not be the last.

Loved the condo at Sunset Vistas. Property was clean, well stocked, and relaxing after a long day at the beach and pool. Don’t skip the rum buckets at the bar!! Delicious

Great location. Walkable both directions. On-site Tiki bar is terrific. Food at resort cafe awesome. Wedding on the beach ease? Amazing. Bedroom was a comfy. Decs so cute. What a treasure was this Treasure Island rental.

Beautiful Sunsets

We were very happy with this condo. It was nicely updated and clean. Looked like the pictures! Though not a direct ocean front view, the balcony view was great! The condo had everything we needed for our stay and the beach was not that crowded. The sunsets are beautiful. We could walk to restaurants and souvenir shops. We would definitely return and stay in the condo!!

Great Vacation with Friends

The condo had a perfect location being close to the ocean, close to a wonderful heated pool, and next door to a great ice cream shop. it was centrally located and close to St Petersburg and walkable to John's pass and several restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the chairs on the deck were comfortable but the sofa was really uncomfortable to sit on. The kitchen was well equipped and the pantry was quite large with plenty of room for all the goodies you bring with you!

Overall - a really nice place.

We had a girls' trip here in early June 2023. Overall, it was a really nice place and I would give it five stars!! Just a couple of little things....remember to bring extra toilet paper, your own hand soap, trash bags, foil, and detergent if you plan to eat in and do laundry. There were five of us and we ran out.

Sunset Vistas

Was a perfect week. Condo was clean, everything in working order, comfortable. loved the view of the ocean, and pool. Cafe on property was great! Loved the tiny Tiki Bar...Friendly helpful staff. Not a super walkable area, but John's Pass was very close, many little bars and grills with live music. LOVED how quiet is was being off season. No lines, always had a pool chair. Thank you so much for a worry-free week!!

Beach Getaway

We have stayed at Sunset Vista several times and this is our first time in this unit. Pros: The unit is decorated nicely, with plenty of kitchen ware. Four beach towels were provided, along with 3 beach chairs. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and grocery nearby. Cons: The only negative was the washer machine made a loud noise when used, but it does work. Easy to check in, and would recommend this unit.
