Great Option on the Beach

Had a great stay here for 6 nights. Property is so well cared for, staff always out cleaning and taking care of the grounds. Pool is very nice and beach is just behind the property. I will add though that if you have mobility issues the beach is a pretty long path to the water. The beach is big (which is great) but I did see some small kids or older individuals struggling a bit with the walk. The unit itself if well equip, although note that it is small. Pictures look bigger than it is, but myself and my 3 teenagers managed fine. Kitchen has stove and oven, fridge and microwave. Also, we found beach chairs and umbrella under the bed after 3 days. :) One negative is the pull out bed. It is small and so uncomfortable, I’d recommend to the owners to supply some type of mattress pad or something. We all rotated who slept on it because after a night or two our backs were hurting. This is a great unit and property, and location is good. Most shops/food 5-15 minute walk. I would stay again.

Very cute and clean. Easy check in and out. Close to restaurants and shops. The public beach access down the street has wheelchairs that can go on the beach available. The pool was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway for two

This cute little condo was the perfect place for us to getaway, short walk to the beach and less than a mile walk to John’s Pass. We spent lots of time there watching boats, shopping and eating. Laid back atmosphere which we loved! Kilwins ice cream and caramel apples were amazing. Plenty of things to do, and the beach wasn’t crowded by our condo.

Great escape with lifelong BFFs

Bffs from high school finally took a weekend together in our mid40s. We wanted a beach to sit on and catch up with each other on. This was the perfect property for our girls time! King sized bed probably could have fit us all, but oneof us slept on the couch. The stove has specific directions and we didn't find the book in the basket under the TV until after downloading the owner's manual. If you plan to cook there, familiarize yourself with the oven directions before you go.

Updated "Old Florida" Right On the Beach

We loved our stay at Tropic Terrace - the unit was very nicely updated. Kitchen was nicely equipped. The heated pool was right out our door and it was just steps to the beach. Friendly neighbors, great location. I like that there is staff on site and available. Would definitely stay again!
