  • Our priority: A Clean & Healthy environment for all family members, every guest, each friend.
A minimum of 30-hours between reservations gives our cleaners time to disinfect all surfaces & freshly wash all bedding & towels. Our condo is properly cleaned & thoroughly sanitized before & after each stay.
We follow CDC requirements for a healthy & safe home-setting environment. Disinfectant & basic cleaning supplies are always provided during your stay.
We have a no contact check-in/check-out system. There is no office and no main entrance. You have a private door for the entrance to your condo with a keypad instead of keys. Nice place that is very close to attractions and good food. Spent most of the time just walking to places. If you go to a drive on beach make sure you have an all wheel drive vehicle. I got an SUV that was only front wheel drive and didn't know. We got lucky and got out without getting stuck.

This was a perfect spot to visit Clearwater Beach. A short drive to Clearwater for Phillies games and a few minutes' walk to just about everywhere in town. The beach chairs and beach cart were an added bonus for a day on the beach. Would highly recommend.
