Great property, short ride to Clearwater, Tampa, St. Pete. Enjoyed the pool and just hanging out at the house. My kids are 5 & 3 and had a blast. Highly recommend

Location is fantastic, beach at the end of the road. Restaurants near by. Area felt very safe. House is a good size plenty of room though bathrooms are dated but no more than other rented houses.

We loved this house and location. We used the pool a lot and loved watching the dolphins from the dock on the canal. The house was well equipped with towels for the bathroom and beach and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals for our family of 9. The location was AWESOME.. just minutes walk to the beautiful beach. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. The property is a destination all by itself. Any questions that we had were answered quickly. The back yard is amazing. Plenty of room for 11 men to enjoy the pool, hot tub the grill area. Definitely will book again for next year!

The location is really nice, near the park and library, a few restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood. The water views and birdwatching were really special. The house itself had a few quirks but the management company responded quickly.

We rented the property we a group of friends and I cannot say enough how much we loved this house! We had a maintenance issue while there, I called the property manager and spoke to her, she got on it and someone was out immediately to repair it. The location was convenient, lots of great restaurants within walking distance as well as the beach. We had so much fun fishing off the dock! The house is so well stocked, nothing has been overlooked. Everyone had such a great time and we are already trying to pick out dates to go again! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful property!

Nice location and property with short walk to the beach and restaurants. House was a bit dated but there was plenty of room for three families to have a nice vacation. Enjoyed the pool on most days. The hot tub worked sporadically, but I did not report it to property management. Still would recommend to others.

The property is accurately represented in the photos. Excellent location. Easy walk to beautiful beach and nearby park. Plenty of restaurants in the area. The house had enough space for our family of 11 to comfortably relax and enjoy. The pool, hot tub and game room were used every day! The main bedroom suite was amazing. Contacted the management team once and minor issue was resolved within the hour. Would have liked if bikes and kayaks were included in the rental.

We stayed in the home for 3 and a half weeks so we got to know the house and area pretty well. Pros: - the location is great. Walking distance to a few restaurants as well as the beach. We also enjoyed the park with our kids - the view of the water is beautiful - great layout for spending time with your family and friends - overall the house is as it is pictured - lots of beach chairs and towels available. The wagon was helpful to bring them to the beach. Cons: - the biggest issue we had was with termites. Apparently the home has termite issues and the droppings accumulate. We had to clean this up daily to keep our kids from touching it. While it might not be toxic, it is definitely not appealing. - door to the bathroom in the master did not work. We mentioned this and a contractor came out indicating the door needed to be replaced but didn’t happen over the next 2 weeks. Maybe it has happened now but it was a bit awkward.

Our family had a great time staying in this house but the communication with the contact person from VRBO was really poor. We were traveling with an infant so I wanted to confirm that there was a high chair which is noted in the amenities and the contact person at VRBO replied that there was no high chair. We ended up purchasing a high chair and it was delivered to the property. When we got there, there was already a high chair in the house. On another correspondence we asked for confirmation that the doors in the house were in working condition ( we noticed through other reviews that some of the locks on doors were broken) we got back confirmation that the doors and locks were all working. When we got there the bathroom door in the master bedroom was broken. The master bedroom with en suite bath was really spacious but it had no privacy between the bedroom and the bathroom. The only door to the toilet was broken. It is pretty ridiculous that a master suite which is as big as a studio apartment had no functional door to the bathroom. We realized that all correspondence should be done through the management company that is Beaches USA. It was not clear from any correspondence through VRBO that the management company was the correct contact person. It is super frustrating along with a waste of money to purchase a high chair that we did not need. The bathroom door never got repaired but the management company did send a person over to fix it. They told us that they need to put in a new door. Despite the lack of communication with VRBO, we had a great time. The location, the house and the pool were fantastic. Our family had a wonderful time.

Perfect for a larger family. Walking distance to the beach, but at least 7-10 minutes if you have cooler and gear. Great pool, and view of the interior water way. Not without its quirks, I dont think any of the interior door locks worked and the sliding master bath door doesnt even shut. The patio furniture was in poor condition. Overall though we had a great time and would stay there again.

My family and I enjoyed this home tremendously, we were totally content staying at the house and enjoying the pool and the dock. We seen Stingrays, dolphins and my son caught a small shark. We definitely would stay there again.

House is perfect for 2 families. Beautiful home on the inner coastal with great pool. Lots of room on first floor kitchen and living room area. The kids loved it. 5 minute walk to beach and several restaurants and bars. Great playground a block away for the kids. Would def stay again. Loved it
