The hosts were so helpful in every way, from advice on where to go to arranging cabs and more! It is a short walk to the city’s center, but the property feels peaceful and secluded. Wonderful history and great views as well!

Had a wonderful time. The property was beautiful, very clean. The property owner was amazing and so accommodating. She gave us all kinds of recommendations for things to do and where to go, always making sure we had what we needed. Definitely will visit again and stay here.

The property is in a great location and beautifully kept. Close to dining and activities. The owners are extremely kind and offered great dining and activity suggestions. Upon arriving Shannon welcomed us and immediately made us feel at home. She and Jeff made our stay all the more enjoyable. Wherever we visit St. Thomas there is no other property we would consider other than Villa Santana!! Thanks again, Shannon and Jeff.

A must stay in St Thomas

Cannot say enough good things about Villa Santana. Hosts greeted us at the gate and showed us the amenities around the property and continued to check with us throughout our stay to ensure we were stocked with clean towels and bottles of water. They also gave us a list of excellent recommendations for dining, activities, and excursions. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The property is very quiet and serene with amazing views (especially from the pool area). Very well located with so much to do just a short taxi ride or drive away. I would book here again in a heartbeat!

Nice and clean room! The property owners Jeff and Shannon were awesome. We loved the place. Only issue we found it’s that it’s high up on a mountain and difficult to get down to the main city area. But that’s to be understood due to the land layout. Also we were there on vacation during Carnival week and it was super noisy at night. But we had a great time there.

This was my first solo trip out of the country and I couldn't have asked for a better host. Offered great tips on places to have dinner and different sites to see around the city. The pictures don't do this place justice. Very clean and close to everything. The views are simply breathtaking. 10/10!!!!!!!!!

Amazing place and awesome hosts! A historic property updated with modern conveniences made for an exciting and fabulous stay. Secure and walkable to all of the Charlotte Amalie local spots, this is a fantastic location. Easy parking which is a rarity for USVI. The pool and pool deck are a calm oasis for relaxing while taking in all the USVI has to offer. Stayed in La Terraza with views off the balcony over the bay that are breathtaking. Hosts are very accommodating - offering a depth of wisdom about the places to go and options available to get the most out of a USVI visit. An all-around, wonderful vacation experience. :-)

The view from this property was amazing. We loved sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning. The villa was so clean and comfortable! We enjoyed the charm, the style, the history and the hosts! Jeff and Shannon responded quickly to every text and even gave us great input on dining and places to visit. We spoke with several other tourists who stayed at hotels and by far, we had the best experience. I am a clean freak and always worry when we stay away from home - but I can’t stress enough how clean and comfortable this villa is. When we return to St Thomas, or even if we visit St. John, we will take the ferry every day just to stay at Villa Santana again! Thank you, Jeff and Shannon!!

Beautiful view and the owners couldn’t be more hospitable, even drove us to the store to get groceries. We didn’t have a car, so be forewarned lots of steps to get to and from town. Reliable taxi service is available.
