"We had a wonderful stay. Good way to escape the world of technology. No TV or phones. There is WiFi so you can connect with the world but you don't have to. The whole Inn is charming. Bathroom is down the hall but it's your private bathroom. Furniture is old-style or antiques. Very quaint and beautiful. Spotlessly clean! "Owner was very kind and gracious. The accommodation was a bit overlooked with attention. We had spider webs hanging from the ceiling in the bedroom, and there was no hand soap to wash our hands in the bathroom. We had a nice breakfast, and the Inn itself was old and had some charm. The grounds had lovely flower beds. The bed was only a double size, but it was comfortable. "

"We enjoyed our stay. Being only 15 minutes from places to eat, we had total privacy and quiet. The surrounding forest and nearby river are great and make you feel like you have escaped somewhere. We were not informed that this was a "self check in hotel" until after the cancellation date. "We loved our stay at the chalet. It's perfectly situated in the cutest little neighborhood, while also feeling very secluded. The chalet had everything we needed for our stay. While visiting we walked a few of the trails nearby, part of the Valley Trail and the Hoot, Toot and Whistle. They were both perfect for our pups, especially during hunting season. We gave our pups an extra squeeze in honor of Scarlet. Thank you for sharing your place with us! We would love to stay again!!"

"I’m forever overjoyed with the way people transform small spaces and this cabin is on point! I never even knew the lake was right behind the place! How my dog and I enjoyed our daily walks along the lake road. The lake is a paddlers paradise. Most days I was the only one out there.
