Stanardsville Pet-friendly Hotel

"The mountain location and views are wonderful. The deluxe king room we booked was a good size with a balcony and a small table and chairs. But the bed and heating/air conditioning system were old and creaky. The ac system was so loud we had to turn it off to sleep. There were no screens on the doors or windows, so it was hard to open them without letting in the bugs. The bathroom had been updated."

"We loved this hotel! Very convenient off the highway, lots of dining. They gave us a great room with our dog next to the exit on the main floor. Room was great, large enough and very clean. We found the hotel very quiet and clean. The outdoor area is lovely with a great area for your dog. Hotel employees were so helpful and friendly and had a very good free breakfast ! We will definitely stay here on our way down and back to Florida! "

The rooftop bar was completely understaffed - 1 person for the whole area to take food and drink orders? Front desk served the purpose and nothing more. "
