"The apartment was nice and spacious. However only two towels were provided for 4 people, upon asking for more we received back a message to say there was more in the cupboard unfolded. These towels were dirty with stains on them. The apartment was quite dusty and bathrooms were not the cleanest, the owner of the property explained the cleaners were busy however offered no apology. Upstairs noises all night, and had to shut windows as outside traffic and noise from neighbours. "

After many tephone calls we were told that the we boiler was not functioing. We were given grossly inadequate heaters which did little to correct the situation. "We didn't use facilities, it was just a quick stay over but firstly we booked into a double room when I explicitly asked for a twi. My son and I had to trail all the way to reception to get a twin room . We wanted to relax and watch TV but it would only play for 3 or 4 minutes before going off, in the end we just turned it off and went to sleep . The bed was fantastic, and the pillows wonderful 😊. They were the highlights of the stay, so I can't give 5 🌟 but a 3/4 🌟. Disappointed "
