"I was looking for a hotel to stay overnight for work near Stevenson and White Salmon. It was just a little more expensive than the scary options but it offered a very comfortable stay in a nice hotel. It also had the some neat options related to the hot springs that I was not able to take advantage of (didn’t pack my swim trunks). The only downside is there are not a lot of options outside the hotel within walking distance (Stevenson is about 10 minutes away and there are a few options closer...

"We enjoyed the historic character of the building. The old bathroom mirror was designed for much taller people, but these minor quirks didn’t bother us. Be prepared to park on the street. Street parking is free in the evening, but will start up at 8 am. Beds were comfortable. We stayed midweek in May and didn’t experience any problems with noise."

"This is place is truly a piece of heaven. Wife and I decided last minute to book a night away and chose Sakura Ridge - Farm & Lodge. The property sits atop a hill overlooking Mt. Hood and has a down home farm feel with very modern amenities. The lodge is built like a large log home and very comfortable. The property has orchards, gardens, and large grassy areas for you to walk and enjoy. The service was top notch and the breakfast was out of this world!"
