"Is not a nice as it looks online…we booked a king room with a sofa bed…no sheets or blankets for the bed was told up front there were 3 people staying in the room they made us come upfront to get the sheets and did not even give a blanket…had to go back upfront to get that… Also questioned why we needed extra pillows…stated there are 4 in the room…customer service was not good…front desk was run by a teenager…"

"Breakfast was good, variety, fresh and tasty. Parking was a bit messy due to an event the same evening. Spots were reserved with traffic cones for hotel guests but had to move the cone to park the car. Had kareoke going until 2am. Our room was right around the corner. Very loud making it hard to sleep. Could this be included in listing to make guests aware ahead."

"This hotel is an absolute gem! European in style, with thoughtful touches throughout. The cookie on arrival and the large bottle of complimentary water were welcome gifts upon arrival. They also donate/support children’s education & adoption entities. Do yourself a favor and visit, you will be glad you did! "

"Hotel is beautiful and the perch area is fun. However the bathroom towels are cheap motel towels and the bed sheets are bad too. "

"Property is a bit loud even at night. Love that they provide sensory bags for kids that would be affected by noise. Breakfast was excellent beds were comfortable. Property is in great proximity to walking distance, shops, and restaurants."

"Parking is free, breakfast was typical cheap hotel food but our room ac did not work so they switched us into another room after two days. Beds are firm not comfortable. Only good for location and it’s a quiet place "

"Great place to stay for short or long stay. Close to Metro, stores and gas stations. Very convenient to travel to other surrounding cities. Nice and friendly staff at hotel was the best part of the stay. "

"This place was soooo perfect! I love placemaker stays! I stayed for a week and enjoyed every moment. The apartment was perfect, clean and well stocked. I was placed on the highest floor with an amazing view. Parking was convenient and readily available. My favorite thing about my stay was the hospitality from the staff. Tatiana was soooo amazing and I am not lying when I say she provided the absolute BEST service I have ever received anywhere I have EVER stayed. She was so kind and accommodating. She solved issues I had with ease and patience. She was so attentive and you can tell she enjoys her job. I’m so grateful for her and I will return just because of her! "
