10/10 Excellent
"Our room was very unique and provided a lot of floor space which was needed for our two large suitcases. While the beds were small they were comfortable. The area was very walkable but quiet with a beautiful, large park right around the corner. Will definitely stay again."
Avani Museum Quarter Amsterdam Hotel (previously NH Amsterdam Museum Quarter)
10/10 Excellent
"Stayed here 11 years ago with my mum and opted to stay here with hubby after our river cruise. The hotel has had a make over and looked wonderful. Our room had a lovely view over the canal. It was very comfortable and spacious. Bathroom had everything supplied. Nice hot water and good water pressure. The staff were lovely and helpful.
What I really like about this hotel is that it is walking distance to museums, markets, shops, cafes, restaurants and the subway. We even walked from central station through the streets admiring the architecture. This took about 40 minutes but well worth it!
Would happily stay again. "
"This was just a few minutes walk from the Rejksmuseum. Also, all of the other major art museums are nearby. It is easy to get to by hopping on a tram outside the Central train station. "
This modern museum houses the world’s largest collection of the legendary Dutch master painter who led a troubled life and never saw his work become famous.
